WEEKLY REFLECTION -5(30/1/2023 TO 3/2/2023)

 Teaching Practice entered its fifth week on January 30, 2023. This week was filled with an excessive amount of tasks and obligations. This week, we conducted an observation of our Health and Physical Education paper class. We also organized a conscientization program at the school.

 On 2/2/2023  as part of our curriculum we need to conduct a physical education class. In guidence of our P.T. teacher Saranya.I performed warm up exercise and bujangasana to children of different class and ask them to perform the yoga that I . Affer that I had PT theory class at 9.C and I choose the lesson plan of diabetes.Teacher were inspect and done the class observation.

On 3/2/2023 conducted the conscientization program.

Ajay took a class on 'Alleviating stress' and stress management and I coordinated the  ppt presentation . we used powerpoint presentation as our teaching aid. We presented numerous images showcasing the harsh realities of stress. We taught them how to tackle such stressful situations as well in a smooth way.
