WEEKLY REFLECTIONS -7 ( 24/7/2023 TO 27/7/2023)

It was our last week of teaching practice were all the teacher training were busy in completing the portions given for them.

On 26/7/2023,there were another importance. It is "kargil vijay divas",Higher Secondary NCC cadets conducted a programme related to kargil divas and it were basically Higher secondary programme Some of our trainees were participated and I goes out there because I were a ex cadet at NCC so I get a feeling towards a NCC programme. It was forenoon programme.

On 26/7/2023 I conducted my achivement test at 8.D of chapter Measurement and units, Motion.

On 27/7/2023, Last day of second phase of teaching practice. Moreover it were a emotional to me in last these days. some people at there touchs my deep heart that's the truth. Teach me how to be a teacher behave in different Situations .

The assembly scheduled for Tuesday had to be canceled as a result of the heavy rainfall. On Friday, there was a spontaneous gathering that happened quickly, yet it was executed impeccably and in an orderly fashion by all the aspiring teachers. The assembly introduced the new principal who had recently assumed her role. I felt honored to be specifically acknowledged by the new principal, as she appreciated the idea I shared during the assembly. I hadn't experienced receiving such a massive applause from such a sizable audience in quite some time. The awards for the contests held on Moon Day were handed out during the assembly.

I scheduled my presentation for the Innovative work model during the fourth period at 8.D. We were perfectly successful out there. The students were very enthusiastic about the idea.

Our last noon meal duty were done and says a goodbye sections to all.We distributed sweets after lunch.We received many valuable gifts filled with a great amount of love, which caused some people to cry at class. Afterward, we had an emotional closing section, and we took photos to capture and cherish these precious memories.

In the previous session, we had a gathering in the staffroom designated for female employees, where both male and female teachers expressed their blessings and gratitude towards us for the service we had offered them. And that's how we finished the teach practice for Phase 2. Afterwards, we tidied up the staffroom and left it by 4:15pm, taking the attendance register with us.
